The room was really nice with AMAZING shower 😊 Haveer and Brenda in the breakfast area were super attentive and kind. Just a bummer that the beds were noisy.

the whole place was overall clean and the staff were helpful and respectful. the room we had included a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a microwave oven and a refrigerator.

The breakfast was warm and delicious! And the staff were great, especially Mark, who provided really good help during a tough situation.

Room size was adequate! Some areas seemed in need of a little upgrading, like the bathroom fan.

My 3 nights in Brampton were very very good. The hotel had indeed an excellent location on the highway. Plus, it was next to Ripley's Aquarium, restaurants and shopping mall. The room I had was stylish and large with the spa tub, table and chairs and sofa bed.

The staff in the breakfast area, especially Barinder and Vakentina, were attentive and friendly, making mornings a delight.

Housekeeping was inconsistent, with some areas in the room showing signs of neglect, such as leftover items in the air conditioner.

We liked it because of the Central location. The thermostatically controlled rooms are a bonus.

Comfortable bed and bathroom, room was clean. Value for money is OK

We didn't like the noise from the highway next to the hotel.

Stayed here expecting to be treated like royalty, but instead experienced terrible housekeeping and an impossibly rude receptionist. Had to fight for basic amenities, like proper spoon and forks for breakfast. If only i had received that complimentary upgrade as i'm obviously deserving. Almost left a good review, but just couldn't, tragic.

The room was cozy, the staff were very accommodating.

Paint on the ceiling above the whirlpool was chipped and falling. No robes in the room. Technical problems with renting an in room movie delayed our viewing by 1/2 hour and no discount was offered to account for our time.

Housekeeping experienced some hiccups. Found leftover rice in the air conditioner and hair on the microwave handle. Noise from the nearby road disrupted peace during the night, even with decent window insulation.

Staff very helpful and always pleasant, especially the lady responsible for the breakfast room. She always has a smile on her face and a pleasure to see...first thing in the morning. Very convenient location that suits our needs
